We also track the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/water.weather.gov\/ahps2\/hydrograph.php?wfo=lsx&amp;gage=sclm7&amp;view=1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/water.weather.gov\/ahps2\/hydrograph.php?wfo=lsx&amp;gage=sclm7&amp;view=1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1\" target=\"_blank\">flows of the Missouri River<\/a>, our nearest neighbor.  But it&#8217;s always good to have a trained professional on hand, like <a href=\"https:\/\/fox2now.com\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fox2now.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fox2Now<\/a>&#8216;s meteorologist Chris Higgins, who was broadasting live onsite on February 5.
